FOTOMEISTER PHOTOBOOTH RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITION

1. Please read. Your questions might be answered already on our terms and conditions. This will help us save both of our time :)
2. No haggling please. These are the best price that we can offer.
3. First payment, first served basis will apply. Once your reservation is confirmed, designing of layouts will be placed on que, meaning other clients paid ahead of you and will be served first. Layouts will be designed and sent for approval depending on our workload (rest assured, layouts won't be sent late).
4. I will be able to reply to requests for revisions or send revisions during Mondays thru Fridays only from 10:00 am - 10:00 pm. My schedule during Saturdays and Sundays are always fully booked, so I am not 24/7 online. Please bear with me if I will not be able to respond to your requests immediately.
5. In case there's a minor or major issue / problem, please don't hesitate to message me PRIVATELY (email, fb or text) so we can address your concerns accordingly. I always believe in mutual respect and the saying "lahat naman ay madadaan sa maayos na usapan". Let's act our age :)
FOTOMEISTER PHOTOBOOTH RENTAL
Booking:
- Any change of date is subject to availability of the Fotomeister Photo booth on the alternative date and receipt of a new booking contract. If the customer shall cancel an agreed rental at any time, the deposit paid will be forfeited.
- In case the renting individual decides to reduce the contracted rental time on the event date, there will be a charge of Php 500.00.
- Minimum downpayment is Php 1000.00 which is required to reserve the event date. The balance will be paid CASH during or after the event on the same event date.
- Please allow 2-3 days from the date of confirmation of your reservation for us to email the photobooth template. - Please be specific with the details and information which will be place on the layout to avoid various revisions. Layouts can be revised only 3 times. For complicated designs we recommend the client to sit in with the designer. Client may request a new design, make and submit their own designs, or choose from our existing designs. We do not recommend reproducing/copying of designs by other designers, however, if the client still insists, it will be the responsibility of the client to explain to the other party incase there will be any issues.
Stop time:
- FREE 30 mins STOP TIME for minimum of 3 hour rental.
Booth setup and disassembly:
- Please provide 3m x 2m space with nearby power outlet for the photobooth set up. It is time consuming and could cause delays if we are only to look for a space to position the booth during setup on the day itself.
- The staffs should be allowed to dismantle the set-up after the agreed hours of coverage is reached or renting individual will be charged for extension.
- As much as possible, please allot a space for the photobooth indoors and it is ideal for the location to be air-conditioned for the equipment to function properly. (The booth and equipment is not waterproof).
- If we are going to use the greenscreen, we request to place the booth indoor since there are many factors that may affect the function of greenscreen program (e.g. position of the booth and backdrop vs. the sunlight, wind, etc.). We can try to setup greenscreen program outdoors but in case we cannot capture a great shot, we will use a traditional standard backdrop.
- For outdoor venues, pool/beach parties, client should provide a secured and waterproof location. Fotomeister photobooth’s equipment consists electrical gadgets, in case the renting individual fails to provide a secured waterproof location, the management has the right to refuse to provide service.
Force Majeure
- We will not be liable for failing to perform under the agreement by the occurrence of any event beyond our reasonable control, including a power outage, interruption of service, failure by a service provided to us to perform, and fortuitous events.
Obligations:
- Client must provide 1 parking space for the service vehicle.
- Please provide 2 tables for the props. One (1) additional table for face painting.
- Input source, power source and venue permit should all be provided by the renting individual
- Billing will commence on the agreed schedule of start shoot regardless of late start of the event.
- Props will be provided for your free usage and we expect that it will be handled carefully. We ensure that all props we use are all in good condition. Props are expected to be used only when using the photobooth. Any damage to the photobooth and/or props shall be charged accordingly.
Glasses and masks: Php 100.00 each
Hats : Php 300.00 each
Headbands: Php 200.00 each
On the other hand, we will make sure operations flow smoothly for the duration of your rental. Photobooth is only a machine, in the event that a problem occurs during the operation, we will be willing to give you a refund with reference to the amount of service rendered and compromised. Meanwhile, refund shall not be granted for incidents other than fault on our end, such as power failure and equipment failure due to unruly crowd. Renting individual should still pay the amount of rental.
- The client is responsible for ensuring that suitable security and crowd control measures are in place within the event. The management reserves the right to cease operation and remove hired equipment from site if at any time a representative of the management feels that guests or clients conduct endangers the safety of the guests, clients, themselves or the safety of the hired equipment, as well as reserves the right to refuse guests admission into the photobooth if our staff feels they are unruly. In such cases no refund will be given and full contracted fees will be paid by the client. We will always discuss this with the event organizer before removing the booth or service.
- Fotomeister Photobooth will not be responsible with any loss and damage on guests' or clients' belongings while using the photobooth.
- Children should be accompanied by adults.
By hiring Fotomeister Photobooth means you agree to all our Terms and Conditions. Fotomeister has the right to cancel transaction in case the Terms and Conditions stated will not be met. Payments made by the client will therefore be forfeited.
