4. Online transaction is based on TRUST and CONFIDENCE. We always post our finish products, updates every now and then to ensure our clients that we are doing our job. If in doubt, you may also drop by our shop to check our works located in Cavite.
5. For clients who want to check our shop location:
To avoid inconvenience, please contact us and confirm our availability FIRST (date and time) before visiting. Our shop is usually open Mondays-Fridays, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm.
6. Once a complete quotation form is submitted, we will try to respond (thru e-mail, fb, text or viber) within 24 hours about your inquiries and the total quotation price.
7. First payment, first served basis will apply. Once your order is confirmed, it will be placed on queue, meaning other clients paid ahead of you and will be served first. We follow a specific time frame. Every order is properly scheduled. Layouts will be designed and sent for approval depending on our workload (rest assured, layouts won't be sent late).
8. Incase you're in a rush to distribute the invites/souvenirs, or in hurry to see the layouts, you may avail our RUSH Service with an additional charge.
9. It's important to keep communication lines open and sometimes a lot can be resolved with a quick phone call. However, please make sure to submit all revisions clearly via email / FB.
10. FULLPAYMENT if your order is for shipment.
- 50% downpayment if your order is for pickup / meetup delivery
- Payment CUT-OFF is until 12 nn (PHL time) ONLY. Incase payment was not made within the cut-off time, lead time will start the next day.
11. In case there's a minor or major issue / problem, please don't hesitate to message me PRIVATELY (email, fb or text) so we can address your concerns accordingly.
