TERMS OF PAYMENT:
- FULL PAYMENT if your order is for shipment.
- 50 % downpayment if your order is for pickup / meetup delivery.
- Payment CUT-OFF is until 12 nn (PHL time) ONLY. Incase payment was not made within the cut-off time, lead time will start the next day.

Leadtime: From date of payment AND receipt of files needed for the invites - layout design - revisions - layout approval - printing - Shipment date
- We will provide the layout once downpayment / full payment is settled.
- PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS WILL ONLY BE CONFIRMED once we receive the copy of the receipt (from bank) or transaction number (from money remittance centers) for full payment and downpayment.
- We encourage clients to submit orders 4 weeks to avoid RUSH FEE (or please refer to the Leadtime per item ).
- Please note that the lead time will also depend on the number of items you are ordering, the time we received the information and files needed from the client, numerous revisions and delay of approval of layouts by the client. We will inform you immediately if we will not be able to meet the deadline.
- For RUSH orders: Lead time for Rush orders will start from the date you send all the details/files/photos needed for the invites, so before you settle the payment, please be sure that the information, details, photos etc needed for your invitation/souvenir are all readily available. First payment first served basis applies for the batch of rush orders.
- In case you want to see our actual products, you may visit our shop located in imus, but please fillup the quotation for so we can check if we can accommodate your order.
- We reserve the right to turn down orders due to high volumes of confirmed orders, unless a downpayment/full payment is already settled.

- A client who cancels an ongoing order and refuses to pay for the remaining balance will be tagged as a bogus buyer/ client, and will be posted on different websites and social media sites to warn other sellers of his / her misdeeds.

- Client may request a new design, make and submit their own designs, or choose from our existing designs. We do not recommend reproducing / copying of designs by other designers, however, if the client still insists it will be the responsibility of the client to explain to the other party if there will be any issues.
- We customize our designs based on your theme and motif according to your taste, therefore our designs aren't limited unlike templates.
- Once the full payment or downpayment is settled, the FIRST layout design is FREE. Php 150.00 charge will apply for the new / additional layout requests.
- Please be specific and sure with the details and info which will be placed on the layout to avoid various revisions, it will be both easier for us to work and may help us lessen the lead time for your orders, hence will help us finish your orders earlier than you expected. If you are very particular with the shade or color of your theme / font / design / background, etc. , please send us a file on JPEG or PNG format, or specific name of the font.
- We kindly request that all text for your invitations or souvenirs is sent to us by email / fb (preferably in MSWord format). This protect against typos and misspellings.
- We will send the layout on the email address or FB page that you have provided.
- By getting our services, the client gives us the right to place our shop's name on the back of the packaging of the ordered items and to place the photos of the finished products on our sites.
- Since we do not charge a fee for the First layout, we reserve the right to control the reproduction of our layout designs. We will not tolerate unauthorized reproduction and distribution of our work.

REVISIONS / CHANGES:
- Once we send the draft, you have 24 hours to check for any revisions and to send us the revision requests. In case revision requests were sent late, we will move the shipment date based on the number of late days. For RUSH orders: Since we'll have limited time to do your invites / souvenirs, we'll expect for your fast approval of the layouts so we can meet the deadline.
- Layouts can only be revised 2 times. There will be a 30 pesos charge per revision after the 2nd revision and possible changes on the shipment date. Any changes made in the design including the image, fonts, color, and other details are considered revision.
- Instructions and approval to print should be sent thru email / PM on FB for our proper documentation.
- Once the 1st draft was already sent, it is the full responsibility of the clients to check the spelling, grammar, contents, etc. of the invites/souvenirs. Crafthei Corner is not responsible for final proofreading. Crafthei Corner will not be held responsible for any mistakes that go unnoticed after the approval to print was received. If the approval to print was received and printing already started and a mistake was found, it is the responsibility of the client to pay for the extra printing costs. We will reprint at our expense if mistake is ours (e.i. we were not able to revise content as instructed by client on the revision instructions and printing already commenced ).
- We will entertain requests for revisions and will be able to answer during Monday thru Friday from 10:00 am - 10: pm. We submit draft layouts depending on our current work load by the time you place your payment.
- Layouts can only be revised 2 times. There will be a 30 pesos charge per revision after the 2nd revision and possible changes on the shipment date. Any changes made in the design including the image, fonts, color, and other details are considered revision.
- Instructions and approval to print should be sent thru email / PM on FB for our proper documentation.

- Seller will no longer be liable for the items once it leave the store and / seller's premises.
- Crathei Corner refuses all responsibility for shipping delays in case they are due to holidays, force majeure / natural calamity or fortuitous events etc..
- Products are presented as best as we can, however, there might be a slight difference from the actual color due to some factos such as but not limited to lighting used, photos submitted by the client, monitor resolution of the viewer, paper texture etc.
- Seller will no longer be liable for the items once it leave the store and / seller's premises.

Shipment date is the last day of the Leadtime.
"Shipment date" means the day that we'll bring the items to LBC for shipment.
"Delivery Date" is the day that LBC will deliver the items on your doorstep. It is 1-2 days after the shipment date.
